At Whizbytes, we offer customers as much leeway as required in determining which of our multiple engagement models best suit their requirements. There are 4 main models we operate from which our customers can pick and choose:

1) Onsite Consulting – Short Term or Long Term Contract:

What is it: A Whizbytes’ consultant will visit your company onsite working with you on the tasks you have specified under your supervision and using your facilities.

When to use it: This type of consulting is ideal when you have custom needs and would like to get full time attention of a consultant and the convenience of working from the same location.

Cost: Fixed Rate per Day plus travel expenses for short term contracts. Fixed Rate per Month plus expenses for long term contracts

Availability: Typically within 2-3 weeks.

2) Offshore Consulting – Short Term or Long Term Contract

What is it: Whizbytes’ will source, employ and manage a team of consultants to work on your tasks under your indirect supervision at our facilities.

When to use it: This type of consulting is ideal for clients who wish to avail of cost benefits on hardware, infrastructure and budgets, and desire to outsource the development activities. Consultants will remotely log into the systems at the customer site. The customer can efficiently schedule and monitor the projects thus enjoying total control on the progress of the project.

Cost: Fixed Price Basis or Performance Model or a Hybrid of the two depending on the scale, type of project and business requirements.

Availability: Typically within 3-5 weeks.

3) Build, Operate & Transfer Model (BOT)

What is it: If you are looking for a dedicated offshore development center for your growing business requirements, then Whizbytes’ BOT model is the right choice for you. Furthermore, by ensuring the build, trial and evaluation period of the center, the customer can then take over a completely operational center without having to undergo the teething issues that are normal to any new venture.
